Fresh farmer's cheese plain or with dill, caraway, porcini, olives, tomatoes, chilli, pumpkin or hemp seeds, plus sweet versions with gingerbread flavour or dried fruit and cinnamon. And of course traditional Latvian Jāņi cheese with butter or cream.

The cheese is made in Latvia in small batches. Great for breakfast, a snack platter or a festive table.
