BIO Propolis in honey 250g

Organic propolis in honey (250 g), produced by ZS Kalna Smīdes 1, Cēsu novads. A blend of organic propolis and forest flower honey. Bees make propolis from tree and plant resins, and it gives the honey a distinctive taste.

How to use

• Enjoy by the spoonful with tea
• Spread on toast or bread
• Add to yoghurt or porridge
