Redcurrant vinegar 300ml

Redcurrant vinegar, 300 ml plastic bottle, from Mājas etiķi in the Kuldīga region. It is made from the juice of their own redcurrants, with only a touch of sugar, so the flavour is natural, bright, fresh and tart. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

How to use

• Good in light vinaigrettes with leafy greens and fresh vegetables.
• Handy in marinades and for pickling vegetables.
• Add a few drops to soups and sauces to lift the flavour.
