Candied pumpkin

Candied pumpkin from ZS Vilkači in the Preiļi region, an autumn treat made from pumpkin and sugar. Dried at a low temperature, it keeps a gentle, sweet pumpkin flavour and a soft texture.

How to use

• As a treat with tea or cocoa.
• Stirred into morning porridge or yoghurt.
• In biscuit, loaf cake and bread dough.
