Last-minute gift

A gift put together quickly that still tastes good: smoked garlic-and-pepper cheese (200–220 g), garlic rye croutons (150 g), smoked cheese (350–370 g) and a litre of light beer (5.5%). A set from Provinces Produkti in Saldus region. The beer is sold only to persons aged 18 and over.

How to use

• Slice the cheese and serve it with the croutons
• Chill the light beer before serving
• Suited to a get-together or a casual evening with friends
