Pine bud syrup, 300 ml, from Mītavas Čiekurs in the Jelgava region, sold as a food supplement. Made from water, sugar and 20% pine buds, with a resinous, sweet, forest flavour.

How to use

• Stirred into tea or warm water.
• Over pancakes or waffles.
• Follow the daily dose on the label; not a substitute for a varied diet.
• Not recommended for pregnant women, infants or breastfeeding mothers.

Ingredients: water, sugar, pine buds (Pinus sylvestris) 20%

Storage: Store in a dry place out of reach of children.
