Blackcurrant "zapte", a thick blackcurrant jam from Gredzenmuiža in Valmiera region, net weight 550 g. Two thirds of it is blackcurrants and the rest is sugar.
How to use
- Serve with pancakes, curd fritters or cottage cheese
- Stir into oat porridge or yoghurt
- Use as a filling for cakes and pies
