Garlic and nettle seasoning “Dzēlīgā”

Garlic powder with dried nettle, a pairing of wild and garden flavours in which the garlic's bite balances the mild green taste of nettle leaves. No added salt. A 70 g jar from Līvānu ķiploks, Līvāni region.

How to use

• For spring green and sorrel soups
• In vegetable and nettle pesto, omelettes and mashed potatoes
• In homemade curd cheese and breading for roasted root vegetables

Ingredients: Dried garlic (70%), dried nettle (30%). Net weight 70 g.
