Canned wild boar meat (sterilised)

Sterilised canned coarsely ground wild boar meat from Konservu Fabrika Kaive in Cēsis region. Meat makes up 80% of the recipe, while pepper, marjoram and juniper give the flavour you expect from game.

How to use

• Warm in a pan and serve with potatoes or buckwheat
• Spread on rye bread as a filling snack
• Add to a stew or soup

Ingredients: Coarsely ground wild boar meat 80%, pork rinds, drinking water, spice mix (marjoram, pepper, juniper, cloves, cinnamon, whey powder (contains lactose, milk protein)), preservative sodium nitrite, dried onion, thickener carrageenan
