Seed bread mix

A wholegrain wheat flour blend with 14% seeds: flaxseed, sesame and sunflower seeds. It bakes into a seeded loaf at home. Made by Grauda Spēks, Jelgava.

How to use

• You also need 400 ml water or milk and 30 g oil.
• In a bread machine choose the Basic programme, 1 kg.
• In the oven, knead the dough, let it rise for 1–2 h and bake at 180–200 °C for about 45–60 min.

Ingredients: Wholegrain wheat flour, seed mix 14% (flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), sugar, salt, yeast.

Allergens: May contain sesame, peanuts, other nuts and wheat flour.

Shelf life: 4 months
