Corn galettes: crisp, airy crunchies made without oil, popped at 250 degrees until puffed. A simple recipe with a light salty taste. Made by Grauda Spēks, Jelgava. Gluten-free.
How to use
- Eat as a snack
- Serve with cream cheese or vegetable spreads
- Put next to soup or salad instead of bread
Ingredients: Corn flour, salt, rapeseed oil.
