Wholegrain pancake mix for 2 people

A wholegrain wheat flour pancake mix for two from Grauda Spēks, Jelgava. You only add milk, eggs and oil to the dry mix.

How to use

• You also need 2 glasses of milk, 2 eggs and 2 tbsp oil.
• Whisk the milk with the eggs and oil in a bowl, then stir in the dry mix.
• Fry the pancakes in a pan; serve with berries, jam or curd cheese.

Ingredients: Wholegrain wheat flour, sugar, baking powder (raising agents E450, E500, potato starch), salt.

Allergens: May contain sesame, peanuts, other nuts and wheat flour.
