Lapsu Mājas cheese with black cumin

A mild, unaged cheese with black cumin from Lapsu mājas siers in Ogre. It is made from milk, cream and eggs with no citric acid or vinegar, and each little wheel is shaped by hand. The black cumin adds a lightly spicy, aromatic note.

How to use

• Spread on rye bread or crispbread.
• With boiled potatoes and fresh herbs.
• On a cheese board with honey or seasonal fruit.
