Lapsu Mājas cheese with green olives

Lapsu Mājas cheese with green olives: an unripened cheese made from cow's milk, sour cream and eggs, with no citric acid or vinegar added. Every little cheese wheel is entirely handmade. The mild cheese is flavoured with green olives. Made by Lapsu mājas siers, Ogre.

How to use

• On bread or toast
• With fresh vegetables
• On a cheese board or as a snack

Ingredients: Milk, sour cream, eggs, salt 1%, sugar 1%, canned green olives (green olives, drinking water, table salt, acidity regulators: lactic acid, citric acid)
