Lapsu Mājas cheese with chilli

Lapsu Mājas cheese with chilli: an unripened cheese made from cow's milk, sour cream and eggs, with no citric acid or vinegar added. Every little cheese wheel is entirely handmade. The mild cheese is flavoured with dried chilli. Made by Lapsu mājas siers, Ogre.

How to use

• On bread or toast
• With fresh vegetables
• On a cheese board or as a snack
