Lapsu Mājas cheese with herbs (parsley)

A soft, unaged fresh cheese from Lapsu mājas siers in Ogre. It is made from milk, cream and eggs, with no citric acid or vinegar added, and every little wheel is shaped by hand. Dried parsley, garlic and onion give it a gentle herby flavour.

How to use

• Sliced onto fresh bread or toast.
• On a cheese board with radishes and cucumber.
• Crumbled into mashed potato or an omelette.

Ingredients: Milk, sour cream, eggs, salt 1%, sugar 1%, dried garlic, onion and parsley.
