Carrot bread (300g)

Carrot bread (300 g), baked by Grauda Spēks, Jelgava. A soft wholegrain wheat loaf with carrots and sunflower seeds, gently sweet and moist.

How to use

• Spread with cream cheese or hummus
• Serve with soups and cream soups
• Make slightly sweet sandwiches with chicken or cheese

Ingredients: whole wheat flour, water, rapeseed oil, sunflower seeds, carrots 9%, sugar, dry yeast (starch, emulsifier E491), salt.
