Olive bread with sun-dried tomatoes (320 g), baked by Grauda Spēks, Jelgava. A whole wheat loaf with olives, tomatoes and a Mediterranean herb note.

How to use

• Serve with a cheese board and wine
• Make toasts with mozzarella and basil
• Serve alongside soups, especially vegetable or tomato

Ingredients: whole wheat flour, drinking water, refined rapeseed oil, olives (8%), sun-dried tomatoes (4%), spice mix (oregano, basil, garlic, onion, pepper), sugar, dry yeast (starch, emulsifier E491), salt 1%.
