Rye seed rolls (pack of 5), baked by Grauda Spēks, Jelgava. Small wholegrain rye and wheat rolls generously packed with flax, pumpkin and sunflower seeds.

How to use

• Serve at breakfast with butter and cheese
• Take to work or on a hike as a filling snack
• Serve with soups and stews

Ingredients: water, whole rye flour, whole wheat flour, linseeds 11%, pumpkin seeds 11%, sunflower seeds 11%, sugar, dry yeast (starch, emulsifier E491), salt 1%.
