Coriander bread loaf (500g)

Coriander bread loaf (500 g), baked by Grauda Spēks, Jelgava. A whole wheat and rye loaf with coriander for a warm, aromatic edge.

How to use

• Serve with sausage, cheese or pâté
• Use for sandwiches with smoked meat
• Toast and serve with braised vegetables

Ingredients: whole wheat flour, water, whole rye flour, sugar, rapeseed oil, coriander 2%, dry yeast (starch, emulsifier E491), salt 1%.
